1. About the seller
The website tealove.ro is operated by Elidarma SRL, registered office at Str. Mărăști nr. 18, bl. 3, sc. B, 720182 Suceava, Romania, place of business (online shop) at Str. Cireșoaia nr. 1, 720217 Suceava, tax ID (CUI) 40455567, Trade Register no. J2019000191333 (hereinafter “TeaLove” or “the seller”).

2. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing the website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Return policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Products
At tealove.ro we sell loose-leaf teas, infusions and tea accessories. Product information (ingredients, allergens, preparation, weight) is presented carefully, based on data received from the producers. Photos are for illustration; the actual appearance of natural blends may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Products marked “Organic” contain certified organic ingredients; the control body code is shown on each product page.
Information about the benefits of plants is general and does not replace medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before consuming certain teas and infusions.
4. Prices
Prices are in lei (RON) and are final prices. Elidarma SRL is not registered for VAT. The shipping cost is shown separately before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error on the website, we will contact you before shipping and you may choose to continue the order at the correct price or cancel it.
5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
After placing an order you receive an email confirming that it has been registered. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order and hand it over for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order if contact details are incomplete or incorrect, if products are unavailable or if fraud is suspected; in that case, any amounts paid are refunded in full.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by the payment processor; TeaLove does not store your card details. The invoice is issued electronically and sent to you by email.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs and times are described in the Shipping policy.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Because tea is a food product, only unsealed products can be returned. All details are in the Return policy.
9. Warranty and complaints
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. The best-before date is printed on the packaging. For any complaint, write to us at office@tealove.ro; we usually reply within 2 working days and resolve complaints within 15 days at most.
10. Intellectual property
The website content (texts, photos, logo, graphic elements) belongs to TeaLove or its partners and may not be copied or used without our written consent.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are given in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure or by the courier company, but we will help you resolve any problem that arises.
13. Dispute resolution
We always try first to settle any disagreement amicably. If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (ANPC – SAL). Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one displayed on the website when the order was placed.
