Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Romania by courier. You can choose home delivery or locker delivery (easybox or other courier lockers).
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over 159 lei.
- For orders under 159 lei: 24.99 lei for home delivery and 17.99 lei for locker delivery.
Locker delivery: choose “Locker delivery” at checkout; after placing the order, pick your locker on the map on the order confirmation page (you also receive the link by email). When the parcel reaches the locker, the courier sends you an SMS with the opening code.
The exact shipping cost is shown before you complete your order.
When you'll receive your order
- Processing: we prepare your order and hand it to the courier within 2 working days at most of confirmation (for card payments, of payment confirmation).
- Delivery: the courier usually delivers within 1–3 working days of collecting the parcel, depending on your location.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. In busy periods (for example before holidays) times may increase slightly; we will let you know about any delays.
If an ordered product is out of stock, we let you know straight away by phone or email and offer a similar product, waiting for restock, or a refund for that product – you choose what suits you.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, you receive an email with the tracking number (AWB) and tracking link. The courier may phone you before delivery, so please give us a valid phone number.
On receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is visibly damaged, ask the courier to draw up a report and let us know within 48 hours at office@tealove.ro or 0755 660 000. See our Return policy for details.
Undelivered or refused parcels
If the parcel cannot be delivered because of wrong or incomplete details, or is refused on delivery without good reason, we reserve the right to ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
Gift wrapping
On request, we prepare your order as a gift package. Leave us a note in the order comments field or write to office@tealove.ro.
