Which size should I choose?
A 50 g bag makes roughly 7–16 cups of tea (250 ml each), depending on the type of tea (the exact amount is on each product page). If you want to try a new tea, start with 50 g; for your favourites, the 100 g bag is better value. The metal tin is ideal as a gift and for storing tea.
How should I store tea?
Keep tea in a tightly closed container, away from light, heat, moisture and strong odours. That way it keeps its aroma for as long as possible.
How do I brew tea properly?
Every product page has brewing instructions: the amount, water temperature and steeping time. Green and white teas prefer cooler water (75–80°C), while black, rooibos and fruit teas like water at 100°C.
Which teas are caffeine-free?
Fruit teas, herbal teas, rooibos and most Ayurvedic blends contain no caffeine. Green, black, white, Pu Erh and maté teas contain caffeine.
Can I return products?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, food products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Full details and the return form are in our Return policy.
